Amal Clooney, who was born Amal Alamuddin, a Lebanon native, is a Lebanese as well as a British barrister who has been a human rights advocate for many years. She graduated from Oxford University and New York University School of Law her extensive and impressive professional career in the field of human rights and international law have won her international acclaim. Some of her clients are Armenia, a nation Armenia that is fighting against the Turkish government over the recognition and apology of the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney got engaged to American actor George Clooney to marry him in 2014, and instantly became a household name in pop entertainment.
