Christina Hendricks (born April 15, 1977) is a famous American actor best known for playing Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons AMC's historical drama Mad Men. The series has earned her six Emmy nominations, including best acting support and critical acclaim. Through her professional career which spans over two decades she has also gained recognition for her roles as a character in the upcoming legal drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama drama Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls.
